1. Look back to the start of the program—do you think you have improved since November 2? If yes, how have you improved?
2. Now that we are days away from Christmas break and you are able to look back over the last two and a half months—do you have any regrets? If so, what are they and why?
3. What do you feel your greatest accomplishment was during the past few weeks of the strength and conditioning practices? Why is this your greatest accomplishment?
4. Do you feel your competitiveness increased as a result our strength and conditioning practices? If yes, how? If no, why not?
5. Provide some feedback on the program: what was your favorite activity/exercise/drill we did? Least favorite? What was the hardest? What was the easiest? Suggestions?
